(00187.HK) announced on August 29, 2025, that Tianhai Hydrogen Energy, Tianhai Industry (the company's wholly-owned subsidiary), and investors (CRRC Transformation and Upgrading Fund, Huayu High-Tech Fund, CNPC Kunlun Capital, China National Machinery Industry Corporation Fund, Fuyang Investment, China Shipbuilding Investment, Yingshan Fund, and Tongzheng Green Investment) have entered into a capital increase agreement and supplemental agreement. According to the capital increase agreement and supplemental agreement, the investors agreed to increase the capital of Tianhai Hydrogen Energy at a total price of RMB 290 million. After the completion of the transaction, Tianhai Industry will hold approximately 73.54% of the equity of Tianhai Hydrogen Energy, while the investors will collectively hold approximately 26.46% of the equity of Tianhai Hydrogen Energy.
