Wisdom Financial News APP, Qidian Guofeng (01280.HK) announced that the company and its fully owned subsidiary, Renhuai in Guizhou, have entered into an advertising agreement with Junxiang. Renhuai in Guizhou has agreed to appoint Junxiang to provide this service for a period of three years, with a total cost of 450 million yuan. In the first year, the cost of 150 million yuan will be settled by issuing and distributing 33.61 million shares of consideration shares to Junxiang through the company.
