CICC appoints Wang Shuguang as the new president.

China Jinmao Corporation officially welcomes its new president. In its latest announcement, the company appointed Wang Shuguang as president, with chairman Chen Liang no longer assuming the responsibilities. Wang Shuguang, a veteran of the investment banking industry at China Jinmao Corporation, joined the company in 1998. Since January 2023, he has been a member of the company's management committee and took over as head of the investment banking department in July 2022. Wang Shuguang is a cadre cultivated by China Jinmao Corporation and has held various positions within the company, including head of the Growth Enterprise Investment Banking Department and joint head of the China Jinmao Capital Management Department, leading international mergers and acquisitions investment and serving companies in the new economy sector.
