The Housing Security and Property Management Bureau of Changchun City has released the "2025 Changchun Autumn Season Commercial Housing Promotion Month Purchase Subsidy Application Rules". From September 1st to September 30th, 2025, individuals who purchase newly built commercial housing through the accumulation fund or commercial loans will be granted a 1% interest subsidy based on the initial loan amount, with a maximum of 10,000 yuan per year. The interest subsidy will be distributed in equal monthly installments over a period of 3 years. From September 1st to September 30th, 2025, individuals who purchase newly built commercial housing using a one-time payment method will receive a one-time subsidy of 15,000 yuan per unit in the form of a housing consumption voucher.
