On August 28, CATL and the government of Changzhou City signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement to create a zero-carbon ecological city. They will explore new paths for constructing zero-carbon ecological cities, promote the use of new energy in various urban scenarios, expand the entire industry ecosystem of "production, storage, transmission, and utilization", jointly cultivate microgrid projects, accelerate the formation of a billion-dollar scale microgrid industry cluster. They aim to establish Changzhou as a demonstration city for green, low-carbon microgrids.
