Alibaba's financial report conference call: The monthly active users of Taobao's flash sale feature has reached 300 million, with the first phase target being achieved beyond expectations.

On the evening of August 29, at the analyst conference call for the Q1 financial report of the 2026 fiscal year, Jiang Fan, CEO of Alibaba's e-commerce business group, revealed that the daily peak order volume of Taobao flash sale reached 120 million orders, and the average daily order volume in August reached 80 million orders per week. In terms of users, the overall monthly active user number of Taobao flash sale reached 300 million, an increase of 300% compared to before April. The daily active rider number reached 2 million, three times higher than in April. "After the development of the past few months, our first phase goal has been achieved beyond expectations," Jiang Fan said.
