The Central Cyberspace Administration Office deploys special campaigns for the online rectification of improper behavior and harmful information related to retired military personnel.

Recently, some online accounts have been live streaming and selling counterfeit and inferior goods under the guise of "retired military personnel", engaging in vulgar performances, exploiting military emotions, and damaging the image of retired military personnel. In response to the above problems, in accordance with relevant work arrangements, it has been decided to carry out a special rectification of online inappropriate behaviors and harmful information related to retired military personnel from now until the end of September 2025.
