Fosun Pharma (02196): Fosun Pharmaceutical Industry signs a "License Agreement" with Aikono

Zhixin Finance and Economics APP News, Fosun Pharma (02196) announced that on August 29, 2025, the company's controlling subsidiary Fosun Pharma Industry signed a "License Agreement" with Aikono. Fosun Pharma Industry obtained exclusive rights in the licensed area (i.e. mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macao) and field (i.e. diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of human diseases) for research, development, production, registration, and commercialization of (1) AC-201 molecule, and (2) any drugs containing AC-201 molecule as the active ingredient granted by Aikono.
