Chinatimes Finance APP News, E-House China Holdings Limited (02048.HK) announced that on December 12, 2024, its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary Shanghai Wanju entered into an agreement with Shanghai Urban Construction Investment. According to the agreement, Shanghai Wanju agreed to sell Wanju Property to Shanghai Urban Construction Investment for a total consideration of 384 million yuan.
