Caide Securities announced on August 29 that the Board of Directors received a resignation report from the director and vice general manager Guo Aiwen. Due to work adjustments, Guo Aiwen applied to resign from the positions of company director and vice general manager. After resignation, he will no longer hold any position in the company, and the resignation will take effect from the date of delivery to the Board of Directors. Guo Aiwen will continue to serve as the Chairman of Caide Futures Co., Ltd.
