On September 1st, Tencent QQ posted on Weibo in response to a new "other civil" lawsuit between Shanghai miHoYo Technology Co., Ltd. and Tencent Computer System (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd.: "This lawsuit is initiated by miHoYo for the purpose of obtaining relevant QQ user data for their own civil litigation needs. However, according to laws protecting user privacy, Tencent cannot provide user data in violation of regulations. Only through formal judicial procedures can data be obtained and provided.
