The State Administration for Market Regulation unconditionally approves the establishment of a new joint venture between Nissan China and Dongfeng Motor Group.

The State Administration for Market Regulation issued a list of concentration cases unconditionally approved from August 18 to August 24, 2025, including the cases of Kuwait Holding Petrochemical Industry Company acquiring equity of Wanhua Chemical Petrochemical Co., Ltd. and the case of Nissan Investment Co., Ltd. and Dongfeng Motor Corporation establishing a joint venture.
