Zhijun Finance APP learned that SoftBank Group Corp. has finalized the terms for a hybrid bond issuance of 200 billion yen (approximately 1.3 billion US dollars), with a coupon rate set at 4.556%. This rate not only exceeds the perpetual subordinated bonds issued by Japan Airlines Co., but also sets a record for the highest coupon rate for yen-denominated corporate bonds in Japan so far this year.
