According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Zhanjiang Nuode New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with a registered capital of 10 million yuan. Its business scope includes wind power generation technology services; biomass energy technology services; and research and development of emerging energy technologies. The equity penetration of Qichacha shows that the company is wholly owned by Shenzhen Nuode Zhihui Xinchuang Energy Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Nuode Group.
