China Minmetals sets up new mining company in Jiangxi.

According to the QiChaCha app, recently, Guangqing Mineral Co., Ltd. was established, with Xu Minya as the legal representative and a registered capital of 30 million yuan. Its business scope includes the sales of metal ores, metal products, trade brokerage, sales of coal and products, sales of semiconductor lighting devices, sales of power electronic components, etc. According to QiChaCha's equity penetration, the company is wholly owned by China Minmetals Corporation.
