Sichuan: The policy of exchanging old products for new ones will continue until the end of the year, with some adjustments to the policy.

The Commerce Department of Sichuan Province issued a notice on August 28, adjusting the relevant matters of exchanging old products for new ones in home appliances, digital products, and home improvement kitchens and bathrooms: the policy will be implemented until the end of the year, and will be followed by total control and centralized quota issuance of coupons. When consumers receive and redeem coupons, their mobile phone location must be within the scope of Sichuan Province, and the delivery address must be executed according to the original policy requirements. The issuance of coupons will be changed from daily issuance to weekly centralized quota issuance. From August 29, 2025 to December 31, coupons will be issued in a one-time manner every Friday morning at 10 o'clock, first come first served, and will stop after they are all claimed. The validity period of the qualification coupons is 3 days, and those that are not redeemed will expire automatically the following Monday. After the end of the event, all qualification coupons will expire and will no longer be redeemed. This year, there will be no new participating business entities in the event. Online coupon collection will be switched to the "Cloud QuickPay" platform. "Cloud QuickPay" promotes diversification of acquiring and paying, and supports various institutions with payment licenses to participate in acquiring and paying.
