Intelligent Finance News APP reported that Mengnet Technology (002123.SZ) announced that, as previously disclosed, the company planned to issue shares and pay cash to purchase all the shares of Hangzhou Orange Digital Technology Co., Ltd. ("the target company") and raise matching funds ("this transaction"). However, due to a contractual dispute, the target company's shares held by the counterparty Hangzhou Chengxiang Enterprise Management Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) were frozen, resulting in transfer restrictions that did not comply with relevant regulatory requirements. The company has decided to terminate this transaction.
