Informed by China Securities Journal APP, China Taiping Insurance (02601.HK) announced that the company has received the resignation letter from Mr. Zhu Yonghong, the chairman of the company's board of supervisors and shareholder representative supervisor. Mr. Zhu, due to a change in job, after careful consideration, has decided to resign from the positions of chairman of the board of supervisors and shareholder representative supervisor of the company. Mr. Zhu's resignation will take effect from August 27, 2025.
