(as the landlord). According to the lease agreement, the group agrees to lease the property (Building 4, Floors 3-20, XH221-01, No. 710 Yishan Road, Shanghai) for office and research purposes. The lease term is from February 16, 2026 to February 15, 2035 (including the first and last day).
