Haier Smart Home (06690) intends to acquire 100% equity of Haiyunlian.

Financial news app Zhitong reported that Haier Smart Home (06690) announced that, in order to meet the needs of the business development of its wholly-owned subsidiary Haier Kaili, on August 28, 2025, Haier Kaili entered into a stock transfer agreement with Haier Industry Development, an affiliate of Haier Group. According to the agreement, Haier Kaili agreed to acquire 100% equity of Haiyunlian from Haier Industry Development for approximately 68.3169 million yuan.
