After the data was released, the yield on US government bonds rose. The yield on the 10-year government bond rose by 1.2 basis points to 4.25%, while the yield on the 2-year government bond rose by 1.8 basis points to 3.641%. The yield curve spread between the 2-year and 10-year US government bonds remains at 60.7 basis points.
