China Life Livelihood: Intends to jointly establish a 1.2 billion yuan fund with China Life Insurance to invest in new productive forces and smart technology fields.

Country Life announced that its wholly-owned private equity fund subsidiary, Country Life Tongbao, intends to contribute 480 million yuan in capital with affiliated company, Country Life Life Insurance, to jointly establish the Wuxi Country Life Tong Smart Technology Industry Investment Partnership Enterprise, with a fund size of 1.22 billion yuan. The fund will mainly focus on private equity investment in the fields of new quality productivity and smart technology.
