The Wealth Management APP informs that Kansheng Global (09960.HK) has announced that Ms. Li Meiyi has resigned as (i) joint company secretary of the company; (ii) the authorized representative of the company as stipulated in Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited; and (iii) the agent for the company to accept service of legal process and notices in Hong Kong under Rule 19.05(2) of the Listing Rules and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong), with effect from August 29, 2025.
