Beijing downgrades to release yellow warning of geological disaster meteorological risk

On August 28th at 17:00, the Beijing Municipal Commission of Planning and Natural Resources, in conjunction with the Beijing Meteorological Bureau, downgraded and issued a yellow alert for geological disaster meteorological risks. From 20:00 on August 28th to 20:00 on August 29th, there is a higher risk of collapse and landslides in the central part of Fangshan, the southeast part of Mentougou, and the western part of Yanqing in Beijing. There is also a risk of collapse and landslides in Fangshan, Mentougou, Fengtai, Shijingshan, Haidian, Changping, Yanqing, most of Huairou, and the northwest and southeast parts of Miyun, as well as the eastern part of Pinggu. Please be cautious and take preventive measures.
