SOHO China (00410): Liang Ruibing appointed as company secretary

The website of Finance and Economics of Wisdom News, SOHO China (00410) announced that Wu Xiuwei has resigned as company secretary, authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and agent for service of legal process and notices on behalf of the company in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong), effective from August 28, 2025.
