A final decision has not yet been made, and Dentsu plans to determine a clear plan by the end of the year. Dentsu, Morgan Stanley, and Nomura Securities have all declined to comment on the Financial Times report. Dentsu had previously planned to reduce costs by cutting about 3,400 overseas employees.
