Public resumes show that Xu Yong has previously served as a research fellow at the Secretariat of the Shanghai Municipal Government Office, a member of the party committee of China Pacific Insurance Co., Ltd., and the party committee secretary and general manager of the Shanghai Branch of China Pacific Insurance Co., Ltd., a member of the party committee and deputy general manager of Taiping Health Insurance Co., Ltd., the deputy secretary of the party committee and general manager of Changjiang Pension Insurance Co., Ltd., the deputy secretary of the party committee, general manager, and director of CMB Fund, and is currently the party committee secretary and director of Huaxia Fund.
