The equipment being shut down was put into operation between 2002 and 2012, with a capacity utilization rate of approximately 59%. In 2024, this capacity achieved sales of around 70,000 tons, accounting for 4% of the company's total revenue. The shut-down equipment will be disposed of through public bidding, with some auxiliary equipment being retained for spare parts. The net book value of the fixed assets of the production line after shutdown is approximately 685.5 million RMB, and it is estimated that depreciation expenses will be reduced by around 2.09 million RMB per month. This move will optimize the company's resource allocation, focus on high value-added industries, and drive transformation towards high-quality development.
