Hunan issues orange high temperature warning.

The Hunan Provincial Meteorological Observatory continued to issue an orange high temperature warning at 16:00 on August 28: It is expected that on the daytime of the 29th, most areas in central and northern Hunan will have temperatures above 37, with some areas in the northern part of Hengyang, Xiangtan, and Zhuzhou reaching above 39. Please take precautions. The orange warning areas include Changsha, northern Zhuzhou, Xiangtan, eastern Xiangxi Prefecture, most areas in Zhangjiajie, southern Changde, most areas in Yiyang, most areas in Yueyang, the central-northern part of Huaihua, Loudi, and most areas in Hengyang.
