The net profit was 94.8207 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 41.94%. The company plans to distribute a total of 16.3598 million yuan in cash dividends to all shareholders based on the total equity distribution date, accounting for 17.25% of the net profit attributable to the parent company shareholders in the first half of 2025. The company will not increase capital reserves, nor issue bonus shares.
