Henderson Land Development Group announced on August 28th that in the first half of 2025, the Group recorded a revenue of 5.946 billion yuan, a decrease of 53% compared to the same period last year when measured in RMB, and a decrease of 53% when measured in HKD. The attributable loss to equity holders was 1.732 billion Hong Kong dollars, compared to a profit of 1.073 billion Hong Kong dollars in the same period last year.
