Haikou Customs Laboratory has been certified by the WCO as a regional customs laboratory.

According to Hainan Daily, on August 27, the World Customs Organization Regional Customs Laboratory unveiling ceremony was held in Sanya, with the Haikou Customs Laboratory becoming one of the three WCO regional customs laboratories in the country. Regional customs laboratories are important regional institutions of the World Customs Organization, and this unveiling in Hainan will further strengthen international exchanges and cooperation among customs laboratories, enhance the overall capacity of customs laboratories, and be of great significance in promoting trade facilitation, security, protecting the ecological environment in Hainan.
