On August 28, China Life Insurance held a mid-term performance conference for 2025. The company's president, Li Mingguang, stated that in the first half of the year, the individual insurance channel continued to promote the reform of the marketing system, continuously improving the professionalism and specialization of the sales team. As of the end of June, the sales force for individual insurance was 592,000 people, remaining relatively stable. He mentioned that the company is conducting research on building a qualification grading system for sales personnel according to the industry's sales personnel grading framework, and will subsequently implement the grading based on regulatory requirements. Additionally, in the bank insurance channel, by implementing the integration of banking and insurance, reducing costs, and increasing efficiency, actively promoting channel transformation, the core indicators of the bank insurance channel have shown comprehensive improvement in the first half of the year.
