At the 2025 Shenzhen International Electronics Exhibition and Embedded Exhibition, Kowi Semiconductor launched the upgraded version of the ePOP embedded storage chip, SmallPKG.eMMC embedded storage chip, and PCIe 5.0 solid state drive, which are compatible with AI glasses and other AI terminal products, supporting AI computing power scenarios. According to reports, the KOWINePOP embedded storage chip integrates eMMC and LPDDR into a package, with a thickness of only 0.75mm, and is now widely used in smart wearable devices and other products.
