According to reports, if panel supplier LG Display can achieve its goal, Apple could equip the iPhone with dual-layer OLED screens as early as 2028. Currently, the iPad Pro has been commercially equipped with dual-layer OLED screens, but Apple has not yet applied this advanced technology to the iPhone.
