Brazilian Finance Minister stated that the tariff issue may be resolved through judicial means.

On August 27th, local time in Brazil, Brazilian Finance Minister Fernando Azevedo said that Brazil may file a lawsuit against the United States in American court over the high tariffs imposed by the Trump administration on Brazilian goods. Azevedo stated that Brazil has the ability to handle the US tariffs and will resort to the courts if necessary. He also accused the US government of "fabricating a nonexistent war," behavior that has made leaders of various countries feel uneasy and has increased uncertainty in the world today.
