Wisdom Finance and Economics APP news, Star Group (01560) announced that on August 27, 2025 (after the trading session), the seller Star Finance (BVI) Limited (a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) entered into a sale and purchase agreement with the buyer Yuhe Group Limited. Therefore, the seller conditionally agrees to sell and the buyer conditionally agrees to purchase the shares to be sold (namely the only issued shares of the target company Star Credit Limited) and the debts to be sold, at a total price of HK$14.56 million.
