Ningbo Shipping announced that its operating income in the first half of 2025 was 2.928 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 19.85%. Net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 378 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 36.46%. Basic earnings per share were 0.29 yuan/share, a year-on-year increase of 38.10%. The company plans to distribute a cash dividend of 0.87 yuan for every 10 shares to all shareholders, with a total cash dividend of 114 million yuan planned to be distributed, accounting for 30.15% of the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company for the period.
