Chihong Zinc and Germanium Announcement: The company plans to jointly establish a limited liability company with Aluminum Corporation of China, China Aluminum, Yunnan Copper Group, and Aluminum Group Capital, with a registered capital of 1.5 billion yuan. The company plans to contribute a total of 300 million yuan in cash and its 100% equity in Chihong Germanium Industry, holding a 20% stake in the newly established company. This transaction constitutes a related party transaction, but does not constitute a major asset restructuring.
