Wisdom Finance news APP, Hong Kong Technology Exploration (01137.HK) announced that, starting from September 1, 2025: Mr. Zhang Zijian, the executive director and current chairman of the board, will step down from his chairman position but will continue to serve as an executive director and member of the executive committee and investment committee; and Mr. Mak Wing Sun, an independent non-executive director, will be appointed as the chairman.
