Zhenglianyong Industrial announced that the actual controller Zheng Liansong holds 16.5119 million shares, accounting for 6.88%; he plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 2.4003 million shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 1.00% of the total share capital of the company. The reduction period is from September 19, 2025 to December 17, 2025, and the reduction price shall not be lower than the issuance price.
