China Aluminum Industry: plans to invest 300 million yuan to participate in establishing a joint venture company for rare metals.

Chinalco announced that the company plans to jointly establish a joint venture company with its controlling shareholder, Aluminum Corporation of China (Chinalco), and its subsidiaries Yunnan Copper Industry, Chihong Zinc and Germanium, and China Aluminum Capital. The company intends to contribute 300 million yuan in cash and physical assets to hold a 20% stake in the joint venture company. This transaction constitutes a related party transaction but not a significant asset restructuring. The registered capital of the joint venture company is 1.5 billion yuan, and its main business includes high purity of key rare metals, compound research, development, production, and sales of terminal products.
