Sihui Wealth: Intends to increase capital to Thai subsidiary by 350 million yuan through Singapore subsidiary.

Sihui Fushi announced that it plans to increase the capital of its Thai subsidiary Yiping Circuit by RMB 350 million through its wholly-owned Singapore subsidiary ELECBRIGHT, using its own funds and self-raised funds. Before the capital increase, Sihui Fushi held a 70.715% stake, which will decrease to 47.143% after the capital increase. The capital increase will be used to supplement working capital, and the approval process for domestic and overseas investment registration procedures is still to be completed. This capital increase will not affect the company's consolidated financial statements and will not have a significant adverse impact on the company's financial and operating conditions.
