ANTA Sports (02020.HK): Ruiyuan and Shangtai plan to subscribe for 20% equity of Anka Holdings.

The financial news app of China Fortune Network, Anta Sports (02020.HK) announced that on August 27, 2025, its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary Anta Holdings entered into share subscription agreements with Sharp Source and Shang Tai, Sharp Source and Shang Tai conditionally agreed to subscribe for shares while Anta Holdings conditionally agreed to issue a total of 2500 subscription shares at the respective consideration.
