Since the beginning of this year, China has comprehensively promoted the construction of backbone pipelines, branch pipelines, gas storage and peak-shaving facilities, and interconnection projects, accelerating the establishment of a new pattern of the "five vertical and five horizontal" natural gas pipeline network in China. With the completion and operation of the Turpan to Zhongwei section of the fourth West-East Gas Pipeline, the main welding of the Tiger Forest-Changchun natural gas pipeline trunkline completed, and the first phase of the second West-East Gas Pipeline put into operation, the construction of the national energy infrastructure has further accelerated. Currently, China's natural gas transmission capacity has exceeded 400 billion cubic meters, and the gas pipeline transmission capacity has achieved a leapfrog improvement.
