Kong Dejun, Director of the Department of Trade in Services of the Ministry of Commerce, stated at a press conference of the State Council Information Office that the Ministry of Commerce is currently monitoring the implementation of the negative list for cross-border services trade. It will work with relevant departments and localities to promptly address any issues encountered during the implementation of the list, and continue to carry out the implementation of the negative list. In the future, it will align with international high-standard economic and trade rules, orderly promote the gradual opening-up of cross-border services trade, and continuously enhance the level of liberalization and facilitation of trade in services.
