Shanhe Pharmaceuticals: The company's controlling shareholder, actual controller, and chairman Yin Zhenglong has passed away.

Shanhe Pharmaceutical announced in the morning of August 27th that the company's controlling shareholder, actual controller, and chairman, Yin Zhenglong, passed away in the afternoon of August 26th, 2025, at the age of 60. Yin Zhenglong held approximately 63.0575 million shares of the company, accounting for 26.9% of the total shares of the company. The company will handle the shares held by Yin Zhenglong in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, and will fulfill the disclosure obligations in a timely manner based on the progress of subsequent events. Upon recommendation of all the directors, the current director and general manager of the company, Song Daocai, will temporarily exercise the duties of the chairman and legal representative of the company until the company elects a new chairman.
