According to the latest data from Privaterank, as of August 26, 2025, the top ten shareholders of tradable shares of A-share listed companies that have already disclosed their mid-year reports, 27 private equity institutions with assets of billions have appeared in the top ten shareholders of tradable shares of 94 companies, with a total shareholding value of 34.731 billion yuan. In terms of industry distribution, in the second quarter, the major holdings of private equity institutions with billions of assets were mainly concentrated in the five major sectors of electronics, medical biotechnology, computers, machinery equipment, and basic chemical industry, with 15, 13, 10, 8, and 7 major holdings respectively.
