Lingbao Gold (03330.HK): Zhao Li has been appointed as a member of the nomination committee

Zhitong Finance APP News, Lingbao Gold (03330.HK) announced that, in response to the revised Company Governance Code effective from July 1, 2025, as set out in Appendix C1 of the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, there have been the following changes in the composition of the Nomination Committee and the Remuneration and Evaluation Committee, effective from August 26, 2025: (a) Mr. Chen Jianzheng, the Company's Executive Director and Chairman, no longer serves as a member of the Nomination Committee and has been appointed as a member of the Remuneration Committee; and (b) Ms. Zhao Li, the Executive Director, has been appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee and no longer serves as a member of the Remuneration Committee.
