According to the announcement of YinSai Group, the company plans to purchase 80% of the equity of Wise Companion Brand Management Consulting Co., Ltd., owned by Liu Yan and others, through the issuance of shares and payment in cash, and raise supporting funds. Due to some issues that still need opinions from relevant authorities, the company, together with the independent financial advisor, has voluntarily applied to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange to suspend the review of this transaction.
